Making A Purchase 

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. 

Should you want to place your order by phone please feel free to call us at: 773-539-4775. All orders will be processed through Outdoor Network's main office. All credit cards will be charged by Outdoor Network and will show up on your credit card statement as such.

Shipping And Handling 

All books will be shipped out USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.  You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number for your delivery confirmation.

Please note:

All orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. If you are buying multiple books the order will be combined and you will be charged the exact shipping amount that we are charged. Any orders over $50.00 will require insurance along with the regular shipping rates.

Delivery Schedule 

All orders will be shipped out on Thursday each week by 2PM. All orders will ship Priority Mail USPS with Deilvery Confirmation.

Back Orders 

We do not accept back orders. If your item is out of stock you will be notified and your credit card will not be charged. You will need to replace that order at a later date.

Tax Charges 

Orders made or shipped to the state of Wisconsin will be charged 5.5% sales tax. Any other orders are tax free at this time.

Credit Card Security 

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee 

We do not accept returns on our books.
